DAS-02
The Denplex Special system is a ventilated facade system with double fixing, mechanical and
chemical, thus providing greater security to the system. It is a hidden fixing system that is designed for the external cladding of facades with panels of 6mm and 12mm thickness.
Suitable for panel thicknesses 6mm to 12mm
Installation steps
Aluminum vertical profiles arrangement and staking, which can be installed completely independent to the vertical joints.
The vertical structure is anchored to the wall using retention and supporting brackets and anchors.
It is needed to be determined the horizontal profiles position, in response to horizontal cutting façade fixing. This structure is anchored to the vertical structure by drilling screws.
It is needed to start by the bottom of the façade, the façade system is very fast to install; which allows to replace the slim if it is required.
